All wool carpets bought from participating retailers/manufacturers are being sold with the option of a FREE one year warranty.
This offers an exclusive after care service for the wool or wool rich carpet/rug purchased. The warranty and maintenance programme enables the customer to keep their carpet looking spotless and beautiful all the time.
WOW can actually last the lifetime of the carpet after the initial 12 month FREE period. To extend the warranty all the customer needs to do is have their carpet professionally cleaned annually by a WoolSafe Approved Operator and the warranty is automatically renewed with WOW for a further 12 months.

•Warranty includes a FREE supply of WoolSafe approved spotter for your customers personal use.
•FREE call outs to treat any stains/accidents that you may have on your carpet during warranty period, by a WoolSafe approved operator.
